IT之家 7 月 19 日消息，現(xiàn)如今越來(lái)越多的中外廠商開(kāi)始為手機(jī)加入衛(wèi)星通信功能，而谷歌在這一領(lǐng)域顯得有些“姍姍來(lái)遲”。
字符串顯示，該功能可能會(huì)被稱(chēng)為 Pixel Satellite SOS（Pixel 緊急衛(wèi)星通信），并有望為 Pixel 系列機(jī)型提供兩年免費(fèi)服務(wù)。

上面兩段代碼進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)了“Pixel Satellite SOS”這一名稱(chēng)的真實(shí)性。不過(guò)，該媒體在作出“兩年免費(fèi)”結(jié)論的同時(shí)，還指出此處的 {two} 可能是字符串中使用的占位符。
據(jù)IT之家此前報(bào)道，今年 4 月，同一外媒援引谷歌內(nèi)部人士透露 Pixel 9 系列手機(jī)的調(diào)制解調(diào)器進(jìn)行了升級(jí)，這其中便包括衛(wèi)星連接功能。
Pixel 9 系列將首發(fā)搭載 Tensor G4 ，帶來(lái)了一個(gè)全新的調(diào)制解調(diào)器 —— 三星調(diào)制解調(diào)器 5400，支持 5G 非地面網(wǎng)絡(luò)（NTN：Non-Terrestrial Network），也就是基于衛(wèi)星的通信。
根據(jù)規(guī)劃，Made by Google 活動(dòng)即將于北京時(shí)間 8 月 14 日舉行，屆時(shí)谷歌將帶來(lái) Pixel 9 Pro / Pro Fold 等產(chǎn)品。
